Fall 2019 Expanded Evolutions Workshop

Acquios Advisors is excited to announce our next Expanded Evolutions Workshop, taking place October 18th and 19th, 2019, here in Omaha, NE.

We will putting on two trainings simultaneously: our Human Resources training and our ABO Accredited Optical Enhancement training (our Optical Enhancement Training is approved for 10 hours of ABO Credit).

Both trainings are two full days of interactive presentations, taking place at the same time, in the same venue, but in separate rooms. We start at 9am Central Time on both Friday and Saturday. Our day ends around 5pm on day one and when we wrap up material on day two (by 5pm at the latest, usually sooner).

During our Human Resources training, we cover topics from the employee selection process all the way to the coaching and counseling steps necessary for a culture of accountability. Once you’ve experienced this training, you will agree that these tools and understandings are necessary for success in all offices.  This popular training will help Owning ODs and/or Office Managers to:

During our Optical Enhancement Training, We provide tools and educational INSIGHT THAT INSPIRES to enhance both the business care side and the patient care side of the Optical. Your Optical team members will be guided through:

• Increasing Patient Retention through capturing the Rx
• Providing patients with Lifestyle Presentations to Increase Optical Revenue
• Reducing Expenses through inventory management and vendor relations
• Enhancing the overall patient experience in your Optical through education, Proper dispense, reducing remakes, and performing patient follow ups.
