Join us in Omaha, NE, or Virtually, on February 16th and 17th, 2024 for our Winter 2024 Workshop!
We are offering our Employee Relations and Optical Enhancement training and introducing our new Billing and Coding Workshop.
THE DETAILS:
Who: YOU! ODs and Staff from Private Optometry Offices.
What: Three separate pieces of training, taking place simultaneously. Send team members to one or more to take full advantage of the material being taught..
Employee Relations Training: Interactive, hands on training for any team member in leadership. We cover hiring quality candidates, training, 1x1s, coaching, counseling, performance reviews and more; everything you need to have in your office to cultivate a culture of accountability.
Optical Enhancement Training: Approved to ten ABO credits; interactive and hands on – perfect for any team member in the office. This can be an introduction to Optical for newer team members or an opportunity for seasoned Optical employees to brush up on Best Practices and learn new skills!
Billing and Coding: The newest addition will provide training and guidance for your billing and coding needs.
When: Friday, 2/16/2024 and Saturday, 2/17/2024 from 9am to 5pm Central Time
