Join us in Omaha, NE, or Virtually, on July 26th and 27th, 2024 for our Summer 2024 Workshop!
We are offering our Insurance & Billing, Employee Relations, and Optical Enhancement courses, both are taking place simultaneously and are two days long.
THE DETAILS:
Who: YOU! ODs and Staff from Private Optometry Offices.
What: Three separate courses, taking place simultaneously. Send team members to one or both to take full advantage of the material being taught..
Insurance & Billing Course: Empowering you and your team to navigate the fundamentals and complexities of claims management within your practice. Including medical coding and documentation compliance.
Employee Relations Course: Interactive, hands on training for any team member in leadership. We cover hiring quality candidates, training, 1x1s, coaching, counseling, performance reviews and more; everything you need to have in your office to cultivate a culture of accountability.
Optical Enhancement Course: Approved to ten ABO credits; interactive and hands on – perfect for any team member in the office. This can be an introduction to Optical for newer team members or an opportunity for seasoned Optical employees to brush up on Best Practices and learn new skills!
When: Friday, 7/26/2024 and Saturday, 7/27/2024 from 9am to 5pm Central Time
