Join us in Omaha, NE, or Virtually, on November 7th and 8th, 2025 for our Fall 2025 Workshop!
We are offering our Employee Relations and Optical Enhancement courses, both are taking place simultaneously and are two days long.
THE DETAILS:
Who: YOU! ODs and Staff from Private Optometry Offices.
What: Two separate courses, taking place simultaneously. Send team members to one or both to take full advantage of the material being taught..
Employee Relations Course: Interactive, hands on training for any team member in leadership. We cover hiring quality candidates, training, 1x1s, coaching, counseling, performance reviews and more; everything you need to have in your office to cultivate a culture of accountability.
Optical Enhancement Course: Approved to eight ABO credits; interactive and hands on – perfect for any team member in the office. This can be an introduction to Optical for newer team members or an opportunity for seasoned Optical employees to brush up on Best Practices and learn new skills!
When: Friday, 11/7/2025 and Saturday, 11/8/2025 from 9am to 5pm Central Time
Where: Omaha, NE at The Enterprise Center (4611 S 96th St., Omaha, NE 68127) OR ZOOM
