We are offering our Employee Relations and Optical Enhancement trainings, both are taking place simultaneously and both are two days long.

THE DETAILS:
Who: YOU! ODs and Staff from Private Optometry Offices.
What: Two separate trainings, taking place simultaneously. Send team members to one or both to take full advantage of the material being taught for the final time in 2021.
Employee Relations Training: Interactive, hands on training for any team member in leadership. We cover hiring quality candidates, training, 1x1s, coaching, counseling, performance reviews and more; everything you need to have in your office to cultivate a culture of accountability.
Optical Enhancement Training: Approved to ten ABO credits; interactive and hands on – perfect for any team member in the office. This can be an introduction to Optical for newer team members or an opportunity for seasoned Optical employees to brush up on Best Practices and learn new skills!
When: Friday, 10/22 and Saturday, 10/23 from 9am to 5pm Central Time
