Rick began his career in the optical industry over 35 years ago. He enjoyed his time in his first practice working with his team to be a success for their patients and community. His passion is and was team development and enhancement. Helping guide people to become more tomorrow than they were yesterday is one of his top motivators and he continues to live that passion today.

From running 18 locations, to working as a frame representative, to starting ACQUIOS in January 2015, his passion to help others grow and thrive in the optometric industry is unmatched.

His motivation to enhance ACQUIOS to be better for the team and their clients is proven daily. From starting with ACQUIOS Advisors, to adding the Alliance, and recently being able to deliver even more support to optometrists with Advantage. He is forward thinking and is committed to making life balance better for all.

Rick and his wife Deb have three children, Patrick, Meghan, and Mackenzie. Deb is a teacher to sixth grade students. Patrick graduated with his JD/MBA degrees and is married to Kendall and have a baby girl, Meghan is an Optometrist and enjoying life, and Mackenzie graduated from UNO with her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR management with a minor in management. Rick enjoys time with his wife, walking, running, and time with his family.
