In 2019, we heard our clients asking how they could make their offices, most specifically their optical and the products they inventory, different from the larger chains. Many brands were acquired by companies with ownership of commercial practices. We made contact with quality, independent manufacturers, starting with frame brands, and it expanded to all you see in the Alliance. We vetted these brands and companies to make certain they were independent-practice-centric and met our core values.
