We are offering our Insurance & Billing, Employee Relations, and Optical Enhancement courses, all taking place simultaneously and are two days long.
THE DETAILS:
Who: YOU! ODs and Staff from Private Optometry Offices.
What: Three separate courses, taking place simultaneously. Send team members to one or all three courses to take full advantage of the material being taught.
Insurance & Billing: In the newest addition to the Evolutions Workshop, the Insurance & Billing Workshop has been developed to empower you and your team to navigate the fundamentals and complexities of claims management in your practice. Through review of the basics and fundamentals, best practices for managing your accounts receivables, and understanding the entire life cycle of a claim and accounts receivables management, this all encompassing workshop is going to help you and your team optimize the revenue within the practice.
Employee Relations Course: Interactive, hands on training for any team member in leadership. We cover hiring quality candidates, training, 1x1s, coaching, counseling, performance reviews and more; everything you need to have in your office to cultivate a culture of accountability.
Optical Enhancement Course: Approved to eight ABO credits; interactive and hands on – perfect for any team member in the office. This can be an introduction to Optical for newer team members or an opportunity for seasoned Optical employees to brush up on Best Practices and learn new skills!
