Who: YOU! ODs and Managers from Private Optometry Offices.
What: The Executive Leadership Program develops a solid foundation in the fundamentals of leadership that will transform those with the passion to lead your team as effective leaders.
Invest in yourself and your leaders. The Executive Leadership Program is an in-depth 45-hour course, spanning six months. The education delivered will guide leaders to have the confidence and knowledge to improve the processes in your practice. The delivery and follow-through from beginning to graduation will require your participation. As with anything, the more you invest, the more you will get in return.
When: Begins Friday, 3/19/2027 and Saturday, 3/20/2027 from 8am to 5pm Central Time
